Kamala Harris Falsely Claims She and Tim Wilz Will Not Confiscate Guns During Debate

During the much-awaited Presidential debate, Vice President Kamala Harris claimed she and Tim Walz (D) “are not taking anyone’s guns away.”

The Second Amendment wasn’t a topic of discussion during the Presidential debate, but that didn’t keep Harris from attempting to distance herself from her far-Left stances.

In fact, Harris went on to rebuke Donald Trump’s claim that she “has a plan to confiscate everybody’s gun.”

“Tim Walz and I are both gun owners. We’re not taking anybody’s guns away.”

However, during the August 6th campaign event Harris and Walz held, the two clamored for a ban on AR-15s and other guns Democrats label as so-called “assault weapons.”

Even in 2020, Harris supported a government “buy back” of AR-15’s, which is confiscation with compensation.

Turning the clocks back even more, Harris developed some of the nations first gun confiscation squads as California’s Attorney General.

Without any due process, Harris and her “squads” confiscated up to 1,200 firearms, which she bragged about in a press conference in 2011.

Many independent fact checkers unaffiliated with the legacy media have proven Harris’ statement about “not taking any guns away,” as completely false.
