Where We Stand
SUPPORT
Constitutional Carry
Law-abiding citizens shouldn’t need to get government permission to carry a firearm for self-defense. 25 States currently recognize Constitutional Carry.
OPPOSE
Red Flag Gun Confiscation
Taking guns bases on anonymous accusations, without due process.
SUPPORT
Removing Suppressors from the NFA
Through the NFA and regulatory procedure, suppressors are unconstitutionally regulated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).
OPPOSE
Universal Gun Registration
Background checks are an unconstitutional invasion of privacy. The creation of this registry allows the government to trace every firearm and every gun owner.
SUPPORT
Repeal Deadly Gun-Free Zones
The Gun Free School Zone Act of 1990 prohibits any unauthorized individual from knowingly possessing a firearm on school property. In 1995, the Supreme Court ruled the law as unconstitutional under the Commerce Claus of the Constitution.
OPPOSE
Feinstein Gun Ban (So-Called "Assault Weapons" Ban)
Dianne Feinstein and others like her are attempting to re-institute the failed “assault weapons ban” which expired in 2004. Except this time they want to go farther.
OPPOSE
Magazine Bans
Gun control advocates would have you believe that magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds are only used by intent on killing or injuring innocent people.
OPPOSE
Veterans and Social Security Gun Ban
To date, 260,381 veterans have lost their Second Amendment right to purchase and possess a firearm without due process.
OPPOSE
Mental Health Restrictions on Firearm Ownership
Several well-known murders have been committed by individuals with known mental illnesses. Agencies have therefore taken it upon themselves to place people they consider mentally ill in the NICS database so that they cannot purchase or own firearms.
