Jon Ossoff wants Georgians to think he’s one of them. On guns, he’s a California-style gun grabber.
U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff wants Georgians to think he’s one of them.
But in his own words: “I support a ban on the sale of semi-automatic rifles (‘assault weapons’) and high-capacity magazines to the general public.”¹

Ossoff also backed Universal Gun Registration, and “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation laws in his 2020 statement.¹
That should tell Georgia gun owners everything they need to know.
But Ossoff didn’t stop at words when he took office.
In 2023, he signed on as a cosponsor of S. 25, the federal ban on the sale, manufacture, and transfer of so-called “assault weapons.”²

In 2022, he voted for S. 2938, the largest gun control package passed by Congress in nearly three decades.³ It gave states taxpayer-funded incentives to pass “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation laws and expanded federal gun registration for young adults.⁴
It’s no surprise the Gun Control Lobby looks at Ossoff as bought and paid for.
GIFFORDS PAC, one of the most extreme gun control groups in America, has endorsed his re-election, and Ossoff has vowed: “I will not stop fighting for universal (gun registration) checks.”⁶

When the Gun Control Lobby backs a candidate, they know exactly what they’re getting.
Georgia gun owners deserve to know the truth about the man asking for their vote.
That’s why NAGR and Gun Rights America SuperPAC are exposing Ossoff’s record.
The National Association for Gun Rights is taking Jon Ossoff’s record directly to gun owners across Georgia while Gun Rights America SuperPAC is running ads and phone calls and more through Election Day on November 3rd.
Through hard-hitting ads, phone calls, text messages and an all-out blitz to mobilize grassroots gun activists, NAGR is exposing the agenda of Ossoff, and every gun grabber like him this election cycle.
Help us keep exposing gun grabbers before November 3rd.
