FBI Director Kash Patel Sworn in as Acting ATF Director

The former federal prosecutor will now oversee the 5,500-strong department, who has been tasked in recent years of carrying out former-President Joe Biden’s unconstitutional Executive Orders.

Mr. Patel will now head both the FBI and ATF and has shown unwavering dedication to protecting the Constitution and the Second Amendment.

During a U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on his nomination to head the ATF, Mr. Patel was grilled by Democrats for his stances on the unconstitutionality of gun registration and that machine gun ownership should be legal for civilians.

This all comes as President Trump has signaled support to reform the controversial agency, issued an Executive Order auditing all of Biden’s gun control Executive Actions, and members of Congress are pushing forward with measures to completely dissolve the ATF.

On top of the ATF as a whole, this reportedly have implications for suppressors, short-barreled rifles and shotguns, and even stabilizing braces as regulations could be chopped down in the coming months.
